2. Booking and Appointments
- Appointments can be scheduled through our website, by phone, or by email.
- We strive to accommodate your preferred time, but scheduling is subject to availability.
- Emergency services are available 24/7 but may incur additional fees.
3. Estimates and Pricing
- Preliminary estimates are non-binding and may change following an on-site inspection.
- Final pricing will be confirmed with the customer before service is performed.
- All prices are subject to HST and any applicable service fees.
4. Payments
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in advance.
- Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, debit, e-transfer, and cash.
- Late payments may result in administrative or interest fees.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be subject to a service charge.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
- We offer a 1-year warranty on labor for all services unless otherwise stated.
- Warranty coverage excludes misuse, damage by third parties, or external conditions (e.g., flooding, freezing).
7. Limitation of Liability
- Premier Plumbing is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from service delays, defects, or failures.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the total fee paid for the specific service.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information during service requests.
- Ensure access to the premises and service areas.
- Safeguard any valuables or sensitive areas near plumbing work.
- Follow all post-service care or maintenance instructions.

10. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates signifies acceptance of the new terms.
